At TEAMPetSupply.com, our goal is provide quality products at fair prices to our customers and to make sure your shopping experience is hassle free. We understand that sometimes you may buy a product that does not meet with your satisfaction or does not perform up to the level of your expectations. The following information will provide a guide for returning products:
 
 
 
I Want To Return a Product:
 
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and it is within 30 days of the date you received it, you may return it by requesting a Return Authorization number. To obtain a Returrn Authorizatiion number (RA#) please call a customer service representative at 888-414-7067 or send an email to sales@teampetsupply.com. Have your order number ready for the customer service representative. Once you have an RA#, you will receive the address as to where to ship your returned product. The RA# must be written on the outside of the package.
 
All returned products must be in new condition, have all their parts and accessories, and be packed in its original packaging. The return shipping cost is not refundable unless the product is being returned due to damage, defects, or shipped in error by TEAMPetSupply.com.
 
If the package appears damaged at time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. If you notice the damage after you open the package please keep all of the packaging materials as they may need to be inspected or photographed by the shipping company. If there is damage please contact TEAMPetSupply.com at 888-414-7067 or send an email to sales@teampetsupply.com and the shipper as follows:
 
UPS Shipments: For damaged UPS shipments, notify UPS at 800-PICK-UPS
 
USPS Shipments: For damaged USPS shipments, you must notify a postal clerk.
 
 
 
Return Restrictions:

World Series, NFL Playoffs or Super Bowl Purchases

Any items that are World Series teams, NFL Playoffs or NFL Super Bowl teams are final sale items and cannot be returned.  If you need a different size an exchange will be granted.
 
Personalized items, books, DVDs, videos, and computer software can not be returned. If there is a defect regarding these items, the product will be replaced with the same item.
 
After 30 days, all electronic items training products and other electronic products will be covered by the manufacturers warranty and will have to be returned directly to the correspsnding manufacturer by the customer.
 
Due to health restrictions certain items including food items, supplements, shampoos, topical ointments, etc. can not be returned.
 
Due to health restrictions beds, mats, cages, carriers, and blankets may not be able to be returned once opened and used. Please inquirer first about the specific product before purchase.

Pet Gear brand products now have a 25% restocking fee on non defective products.
