We work with many companies throughout the country to bring you the most extensive selection of products. Our goal is to make the return process easy to understand, as each company may have different policies. At TEAMPetSupply.com we have tried to be as upfront as possible about the return policy for each product.
Any product that arrives defective, incorrect or missing items will be replaced immediately at no cost to the customer.
For an item to qualify for a return for other reasons than above, it must be unused and returned in its original condition, including the original packaging, containers, documentation, and accessories. No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date.
If you need to return or exchange an item please click here to request an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
Measure, Measure, and Measure again:
Please measure your pet as accurately as possible as we cannot exchange or return any products that are used. TEAMPetSupply.com reserves the right to determine if a product was used or not.
When returning a product we recommend using UPS or the USPS as they have tracking ability. The customer is responsible for all shipping and packaging costs related to exchanging or returning an item. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected items. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or missing items and needs to be replaced.
Please understand that we can only accept returns for dog products in brand new, never used, unwashed, unassembled, uninstalled condition and your dog cannot have had any contact with the item whatsoever (no hair, no odor, no dog “breadcrumbs” at all). You would not want to receive this product if it was shipped to you.
All returns must be shipped using a carrier that provides a tracking number. TEAMPetSupply.com is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Defective, Damaged, Missing Item Products:
If a product is defective, damaged, or missing items when you receive it, please contact us immediately, and we will replace the product at no charge to you.
Holiday Products or Playoff Items:
Holiday, Holiday Themed, and Sports Team Playoff items are non-returnable unless they are defective or an error was made in shipment in which case it will be replaced at no cost.
Beds, Blankets, and Clothing:
Due to health reasons, we cannot accept returns on these items. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us first.
Treats, Food, & Unpackaged Toys:
These items are final sale due to health and safety issues. These items are not eligible for return.
Some of our products have a restocking fee if you decide that you do not want the product and want to return it due to buyers remorse. These are fees that we incur from the distributor, as we can not resell items that have been returned, and as such must be returned to our distributors. The following list items/manufacturers that will have a restocking fee:

Hip Doggie – 20%
PetGear – 20%
It is important to note that if the product you purchased qualified for a “Free Shipping” promotion, the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount when returning/exchanging a non-defective product. Paid shipping charges are non-refundable on returns.
