Our goal is to process and ship your order promptly. Our products are shipped from a number of distributors located throughout the US. This allows us to offer you the largest variety of products from a vast number of manufacturers. Products are shipped using UPS, USPS, and FedEx depending on the location of the product and your choice of delivery options during checkout. When ordering several products, it is possible they will be coming from different warehouses across the country or possibly even direct from the manufacturer. The origin of the product will impact your shipping cost, especially when selecting multiple products as they may ship from different locations.



My shipping charge seems too high for a few small items – can I lower it?

When ordering multiple products, it is possible that they will ship from two different locations across the country. The checkout system will pick a common carrier for both items. Try creating two orders to see if one of the items can be shipped out at a lower cost. For example, one item may have to ship UPS Ground, but the other could ship USPS First Class. By creating two orders, you can take advantage of the lower shipping cost on the second item.

How fast will I get my product?

Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. We have posted the approximate processing time for each product, to give you our best estimate. Most products leave our warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Items ordered after 1:00 PM are usually sent to our warehouse for processing the next business day. Orders received on Friday after 1:00 PM are sent for processing on Monday. There are several products that may take 5 to 7 business days, as they are custom ordered or need to be shipped to our main warehouse from another location. This estimate does not include the time it takes for the carrier of your choice to deliver the item to you, once it leaves our warehouse.

Will I get a tracking number?

You will receive a tracking number as soon as we generate a shipping label for the order.

I returned an item – will the shipping charges be refunded?

We do not refund shipping charges for items returned due to buyer’s remorse. Shipping charges may be refunded if an item is returned due to defect or an error on our part.

Your product description says In Stock but also says it will take 3 to 5 business days to ship?

Some of our products are custom made to order, ordered on demand, or are in high demand. Some items are In Stock in one of our warehouses but must be sent to another location for processing. Not all of our warehouses and distributors are capable of shipping directly to the customer, so it takes a few extra days to send it out.



Any order over $65 qualifies for free shipping.



For UPS/FedEx/USPS Deliveries: Please inform TEAMPetSupply.com of all damages and defects within seven days of receipt, either by phone or email. For all items damaged in shipping, we will file a claim with UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please provide us with a simple picture of the package received. Please be sure to keep the original packaging boxes (this is the proof that the package was damaged) so that the shipping carrier can come and inspect them. Losing the original packaging boxes may be denied for damage claim. Any personal damages caused by mishandling or abuse shall void the warranty.

For Freight and LTL – Please inspect the package upon delivery, before the driver leaves. Please mark all damages on the bill of lading before signing it. By signing the bill of lading without damages, you are confirming receipt of the package in proper condition.
